Sushi very cute video, where did you get the box from that they got the treats out of?

Re: Hamster lockdown thread
Ooh I missed that video. It's great! They are so cute and funny. Those boxes are puzzle treat boxes We had one a few years ago but our hamster didn't work it out ha ha. It wasn't quite the same as that one though.

Re: Hamster lockdown thread
I'm waiting to get home to do my 'teaspoon' experiment...I want to see if Nanuk, Norman and Baldrick try to hide a teaspoon.
Last night my wife heard dragging and thumping noises coming from the hamster room. She went through to find Nanuk halfway up his outside pipes dragging a Whimzee down. She put the lights on and he immediately sat up and scurried down leaving the Whimzee behind!

I bought it from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Living-Worl...upplies&sr=1-3
I do find how long they take to learn how to use it, or if they ever learn, varies a lot between individual animals. My last two gerbils never worked the puzzle toy out. My current two took a few weeks. My Robo hamster worked it out in minutes.

So I've put a teaspoon in each of their cages and we'll see if I have a teaspoon bandit amongst my three little ones...

Re: Hamster lockdown thread
Great idea, Vierville! When I saw the 90º rotated pic of Nanuk, I assumed you were simply demonstrating 'how to pour a hamster'.
Here's Oreo asleep with his bum on his wheel and his face in the dirt.
