Vierville and Chicleteer, thank you. We had a fun day today out on the couch and with one of his playpens. I've noticed since his surgery that he's a little less racing about and happier taking things in stride. So he runs a little less in general and in his wheel and this pen is medium size to keep things manageable for him. But but there's plenty of love, spoiling, and pictures! I find that the older he gets the more photos I take so I can keep our moments alive. Today he was all happy to climb on my hand and have his little walnut treat

I love your playpen, it has fun stuff to do and he looks happy to explore around in it. He looks adorable trying to get that walnut!

I'm glad Buddy is recovering from his surgery!

Thank you for the kind visits, lol I love the word Floof! As for this playpen, well it's simple right now but it's safe and that's been my main concern given the circumstances and his age. I was a bit concerned posting it as some might say it should be larger or have more things to do and things like that but he's got lots of toys I rotate regularly and I've not got any lovely wood or ramps because he will walk right off any ledges whether there is a barrier or not and I don't want any falls. I'm currently waiting for a new smooth wooden bend bridge to come for him in the mail made from beech and am looking forward to that. He's happy and safe right now so that's what is important to me

Where the tumors were have healed but there's not a lot of hair covering them so avoiding splinters is always in my mind too. I don't think that hair is going to grow back or it would have by now. There's a beautiful little toy that I've been really wanting to get him but haven't worked up the courage for yet. It's a little treehouse play area made from softwood. I so want to buy it for him because I think he would love it but I'm not sure it's safe enough. Maybe I could get your opinions on that if I post a pic

..I tried to edit but can't get the link to post in my last mail. It's been in my cart for over a month but is it safe? I can smooth any sharp bits down but what about falls or little trapped legs?

It looks as though it should be safe enough, the only thing I can envisage is possibly climbing up on the little fence & falling, he probably wouldn't but maybe something to watch for.
