I wouldn't put another folder on top of this one because you have already created a second level and the house is something hamsters like as well. It's fine the way it is and as Sushi says by watching Oscar you'll find out what he likes.

Something i would add is a sand bath. You can use any kind of container that fits and it doesn't need to be that big. As long as its big enough for Oscar to roll around in he'll be happy.
