Well I have just woken up a rather indignant Scree, who is 14 weeks old, to re-check, and he still doesn't have any er... beans!

So yes I guess they can be late bloormers. Maybe it's the time of year? If they are born during spring and summer, perhaps they develop a bit faster?

Yes! A friend has a Playstation game called Primal, and there's this friendly gargoyle character in it called Scree. He has a strong liony face and little foldy wings, and as this certain young hamster never put his ears up when I handled him, they looked just like Scree's wings.

I hope he does get his beans, cos I will want him to get his oats...LOL
