Today I adopted a Syrian named Spud from the P@H adoption centre. He was found in a block of flats in a sack of potatos (hence the name) and no-one claimed him so he got taken to P@H. From what I have seen of him today, he's been pretty active and alert - I'm thinking he may be a youngster. He's been into exploring everything - even escape routes (he failed). I also noticed he has a small hole in his left ear from an old injury. He seems to be friendly and quite tame (from what i've seen so far when he got taken out....I'm going to give him a few days or so to settle before I attempt to handle). I think he was popular at P@H as another staff member came to say goodbye before he went.
Oh I nearly forgot, here's some sneaky pics I took today:
Spud's Bin (see if you can spot him)
A very sleepy Spud

He's going to get more toys when I get paid. He will be very spoiled as he is the only animal here. I was tempted by the two russians that were there as well but decided Spud was a cute little guy. I may get dwarfies in the future
