Re: Meet Moo
Just wanted to add that Moo came from a rescue near Chester - Hamster Haven, run by a lovely lady. I have mentioned the rescue on here before Not to be confused with the other Hamster Haven rescue in Doncaster! Although I am sure that is very good as well. I had been stalking the website for a while Makes you want all the hammies!

Oh I did wonder if Moo was from one of them. Did you know there is an awesome facebook group called Little Whiskers Matter. They do fund raising for both of those hamster rescues. It's a relatively new group.

Re: Meet Moo
You could put some red fairy or christmas lights around and near his cage so you can sneak down at night and watch him for a bit without turning a big light on.
I have those lights around my Trio's cages. Can't remember who recommended them, Coco or Luna i think.

Re: Meet Moo
I am not sure we have enough plug sockets haha. So many things with plugs on and extension cables etc. I would love to try one of those infra red cameras though.

Henry's lights are on the mains but Gordon's and Percy's are battery powered. The Range has some small sets for £3.99.

Re: Meet Moo
Congratulations on the new addition to your family! I generally prefer Robos over Syrians (because I don't think I can adequately provide for a Syrian owing to the larger space/ toys etc required) but Moo gave me a sudden irrational impulsive desire to get a Syrian. He's such a sweet and handsome hamster! Looking forward to hearing more about him.
