Yes Nanuk aka The Fat Controller. Rias got Henry, Gordon and Percy. We're off to a good start. Let's collect them all!!!!
Nanuk means "little polar bear" in Inuit. He's a winter white hybrid so it fits

I have a "Baldrick"...different TV series though (Blackadder).

The distinctive smell of farmyard reached my big and sensitive nose and it came from Henry's toileting and nesting area. I got the playpen box, removed the Alaska's wire top and lifted Henry's house with part of the nest and hoard and hamster out. There is no tactful way of doing this. My OH offered Henry a piece of cheese as a peace offering while he waited but Henry turned his nose up and ignored both, my OH and the cheese. Oh dear.

I quickly cleaned the smelly part of the cage, washed the toilets, replaced the chucked out part of the hoard with fresh and installed house, nest and hamster back in the cage.

Henry is in a huff and has barricaded himself in his coconut outhouse ignoring his house, plate of fresh veggies, his mate my OH and me (that's normal).

I'll have to wait till tomorrow when he comes out to share my breakfast before i can talk to him again.....

As expected, Henry came out this morning to share my breakfast.

In fact, all four hamsters were up and about this morning when i have to go to work! Comes evening when i'm home and there's not a nose in sight....

Thanks. That's a very ordinary egg cup! I sink the stand into the substrate so it won't topple over when Henry puts his paws on the rim to get to his dollop of porridge.
