Default Nectarine wood chews

Hello,

Are nectarine wood chews safe for hamsters? I have some pieces I cut off of my tree 6 months ago and I'm just wondering if it's ok to use.

Default Re: Nectarine wood chews

I’ve seen a few sources mention that it is not considered safe due to the release of cyanide (small amounts) if ingested so it is not something I’d recommend.
