Exclamation Help!!! Missing hamster Harry

Hi, I had a Syrian hamster Harry, he went missing 7 days ago. I havent heard him since he left. He went through a hole in the wall under the kitchen the hole leads to the bathroom behind the shower. I have put bucket traps in the kitchen, bathroom and the attic I used a endoscope to see if I can see him or anything to let me no if he is still there. Iv put a humanine mouse trap under the kitchen with cheese in it and a strawberry in the bathroom cupboard where there is a hole that he could may come through but still nothing I cant hear him. I live in a flat on the top floor it only a block of 6, I also did a poster to my neighbour's just incase he turn up there. I dont no what else to do I'm losing hope. What shall I do??

He has probably sadly gotten lost in all the subfloors joining up the flats. It's a long time without food and water as well. The only thing you have not already done is to get a female hamster and leave her in a cage near the escape point as a male will seldom resist coming to a female.

A dwarf wouldn't attract him as he would only come to a female syrian. The scent would be specific to the species. The female would have to be caged and closely supervised of course. They wouldn't be left alone loose ever as they would indeed fight unless she was in season. Sometimes even the smell works of you could get some wet bedding belonging to a female Syrian?
