Happy Birthday, Chiclet,
My sweet little Syrian, Chiclet, is about one year old now. I don’t know her exact birthday, but she was estimated to be about eight weeks old when I got her at the pet store, and that was around the end of May last year. It’s been a delightful 10 months with her and a real adventure at times, being a first-time hamster owner.... I have not been very successful in the past uploading a picture of her, but I’m going to try again. This one is my favorite!

Thank you for the birthday wishes! I wanted to bake her a special hamster-safe cookie, but have not quite gotten to that yet. But I did buy her some cute Timothy hay crackers shaped like little tortilla chips as a special treat. She went right for them!… I agree, she is a pretty little girl. Not that I’m prejudiced…

Aww... Happy Belated Birthday to Chiclet! She is such a beauty and looks so sweet in her photo. Great pic of the birthday girl!!! . I'm so glad that the two of you had such a wonderful day and she she enjoyed her special treat so much! I'm sure you were beaming with happiness just looking at her munching on her special crackers, lol. I wish Chicklet and you the very best and hope that you are able to celebrate more birthdays with your precious, darling heart-ham. . She really is a cutie!
