Default Not seeing hamster

Is anyone not seeing their hamster like at all? Mine comes out really late 11.30 - 12.00 when I'm in bed and when I get up he's gone to bed. It's been like this for weeks so he's not getting any time out of the cage and I'm not getting any cuddles. There's nothing wrong with him he's active at night but just likes his bed too much

Are you in the UK. They often spend more time in bed when the weather's colder, is it warm enough in the room he's in, around 18-20C day & night.

If it's cold where you live, I would definitely put it down to that. Even though we have the heating on, my ham Bramwell has started not coming out of his cosy nest until late. I sat up till 11pm last night just to see him! They are very intelligent and know when were in the winter months, so prefer to stay in their warm beds for longer!

Hopefully things will change as the weather gets better and hell venture out, it may be a bit cool in the room for him.
