Nightmare. I had to get a wheel quick when one broke once and in that few days our hammy went quite bonkers. My replacement wheel was going to take too long and the quickest thing I could get next day was a 12" flying saucer or a trixie wheel. Sent for both and wasn't keen on the Trixie wheel so sent it back. The 12" flying saucer was a stop gap until the new main wheel arrived. It arrived broken. So it was good to have the flying saucer until I could get the right wheel sorted for the long term - and then used the saucer for out of cage time.
So if you really want the silent runner - the standard one, that might be an option - get a 12" flying saucer as a stop gap.
This is the one I have.

I am not sure about the glow in the dark one. I think the idea is it's for owners - whether it would bother a hamster or not, I'm not sure - they hardly needhelp finding their wheel in the dark!
