nobody here thinks that you just imagined that because you were upset or stressed out francescamice. you saw what you saw and nobody else was there with you so nobody can tell you it didnt happen and you just imagined that. i would be pretty scared if that had happend to me to be honest.

even though im not a believer in all that kind of stuff i have had weird experiences after a pet has passed, the night after taz died i could have swore i heard him running in his wheel and a few years ago we had to have our 15 year old cat put to sleep and i thought i heard her purring and climbing on my bed quite a few times, but my thoughts are it was just my imagination running wild

What a wonderful experience. I'm actually very serious when i say that. Lilbear was PTS on the 13 December 2009 and I can still hear her scrabbling in the bottom of her cage as she scurries around the bottom level.

I have kept the ashes of both Lilbear and Conker who passed some years before. They will both remain with us and will come to any new home we may have. Some pets are with you for life and I take great comfort in knowing they are still in my family, still with us and keeping us company. I'm not sure whether the scurrying will stop when a new addition moves in to the cage?

I'm sure its just her way of saying - I'll just have one last run before the new addition arrives. Thanks for loving me.

At my old flat there was a black cat who I always saw, and who jumped on my bed at night. I'd always just catch a glimpse of it, or feel the pressure on the bed and then it would be gone. I think that the cat belonged in the flat, and I was always happy to see it. I think animals sometimes stay on, and this is a very happy thought to me, and hopefully to you as well =) I think they move on once they are happy xxx

This has never happened to me with a hamster, but it has with many of my dogs...
I have always grown up with dogs, always having atleast 2 or 3 [I have 4 right now]. My old pit bull had a few tags on his collar, and his collar always made noise when he walked. A few days after he died, I could her the clinking of his collar around the house at night, as he would always pace around the house in the middle of the night. His collar hangs above my bed still, but I was so freaked out. Ghosts scare me more than anything in the world, be it human or animal...
