Cute Syrian behaviour
I've not had a ham do this before. Mocha (female) was playing on a table when Toffee, our male miniham started digging about in his cage. Mocha ran fast across the table and crouched down in this position and just stared for 30 seconds, intently watching / listening and not even twitching.
Oh and the two hams are jealous of each other. When one gets a treat the other appears from nowhere expecting theirs! Honestly.

Re: Cute Syrian behaviour
Adorable! Reminds me of one of the cats at work who wants to investigate every sound and know what everyone is doing.

Re: Cute Syrian behaviour
On second thought...was Mocha afraid? I'm guessing if she ran towards Toffee's cage that she was curious/interested.

Doubt it, ears up etc... and she was fine when picked up. They've been next to each other since we adopted them, and were in adjacent tanks at P@H.
