It's hard to say whether she is just very stressed from all the changes maybe or if she is unwell, the breathing doesn't sound good though so she may be unwell.
Is she eating & drinking normally?

There are so many things that can affect hamsters and she could just be having really bad effects from the stress of moving though try to keep the stress to a minimum for hamsters as it can be quite dangerous for them.

The breathing does sound a bit worrying though. What substrate is in her cage as a lot of them can be dusty and have small particles in some wood shavings which affect hamsters respiratory and lungs. If your ham doesn't improve definitely see a vet.
