Hello. This is a serious issue in a number of ways. I totally understand the stress of a bar chewing hamster. Also it could lead to vet bills as her teeth could become damaged.
Is her cage big enough? If that is the issue and money is tight right now I would suggest buying a large plastic bin and setting it up as a cage, until you can afford either to convert it or another bin into a full cage, or afford a tank.
In the Uk the cheapest reasonable size bin I know of is the Ikea Samla 78cm bin -although personally I don't think it's big enough for a Syrian - it slopes in at the bottom. It would be ok for a dwarf hamster if you had plenty of bedding in and smaller dwarf items in it.
If you;re in the US the Iris Christmas tree bin is perfect - not expensive and plenty of space.
For a dwarf you could get away with just leaving it open at the top providing it is in a safe place where nothing can fall or drop into it.
For a Syrian maybe just a piece of mesh (very cheap) froma diy store - fold the edges uner and make a temporary lid with it. Although Syrians are great escape artists. So if you can stretch to £33 ish then a duna multy would be a good cage - it may or may not be big enough for her but it's tank style, cheap and would be a good upgrade for now.
Unfortunately it is now £43.99

Also just checking - do you clean her out a lot. Excessive bar chewing is usually a sign of stress and wanting to escape - too much cleaning out and inappropriate environment can cause it, as can a cage that's too small. It can also become a habit. But hamsters who have moved to larger barred cages have often stopped the habit once theyhave enough space. some continue with it as a habit so a tank style would be the way to go.
