Does Your Hamster Snore???
Hey Folks,
This afternoon (Sunday 18/11) we heard the most awful noise coming from Ghost's cage, it was a sort of snorting/rasping sound or as Mrs R put it a cat trying to breath through porridge.
The noise stopped when I lifted up Ghost's bridge where he has now built a nest, as I had woken him up, he then continued with other odd noises that sounded like some one muttering just out of earshot, until he curled back up and I put the bridge back over him.
It was the most oddest of noises I thought he had a chest infection at first but when they noises stopped I guess rightly or wrongly that he was having Hammy Snores in his Hammy Dreams, it was surprisingly loud too, I should have recorded it I guess.

Re: Does Your Hamster Snore???
Boris has hammy dreams like this the other day! I did the same as you ran to his cage to comfort him but it was a hammy bad dream as I call them! It’s a very weird sound I agree I liken it to an lp being scratched badly!

Re: Does Your Hamster Snore???
Libby gets dreams quite frequently and sometimes even nightmares (think screaming hamster when sleeping, it’s very scary lol). He dose squeak quite loudly but never snores.
