Cleaning and Mail
Hi
From an earlier thread, I took Flowerfairy's advice and watched Erins Animals video on cage cleaning. Very informative - thank-you Flowerfairy. It all seems so logical now ... as a newbie you want the cleanest, nicest smelling home for your pet but the little hammy living there loves their scents and smells and would rather you just leave it all alone. In the end you have to work out an agreement with your pet as to what you can and can't do and when you can and can't do it! I except the challenge.
While on that site I watched a number of other video's and one was on Hamster Mail. Though its a little pricey to get it to Canada, it still seemed kind of fun. My question is ... has anyone taken out a subscription in the past and would you recommend it or not ... any insight would be appreciated.
R.

Never heard of Hamster Mail! I'm off to check it out. Yes they just don't like their stuff being messed with and like doing their own housework
I wouldn't bother with it - sounds an expensive way to get things you may not need.

Re: Cleaning and Mail
I also looked into that the other month and also thought it seemed too expensive for what it is. Makes more sense just to buy what you like for much less money!

Re: Cleaning and Mail
I've got the subscription.
I like it as I find it hard to decide what to buy them, especially with the number of choices out there.
I have 2 hammy's thou so it's worth it as I can split it between them. If yours are big chewers which mine are it's good.

Re: Cleaning and Mail
I’ve heard the subscription is lovely! It’s nice because the products have no added sugars or colorings. I may try it out!
