Re: Hamster wheels *silent ones* UK
The wooden wheels from zooplus are brilliant imo. They do need waterproofing but are really quiet.

Re: Hamster wheels *silent ones* UK
Would just like to put in a third 'vote'/confirmation about the wooden 'Trixie' wheels being silent. All of my hamsters over the last few years have had them, from my tiniest 20g Robo to my largest 260g Syrian, and with anywhere from two to four hamsters in my bedroom on them.

Re: Hamster wheels *silent ones* UK
I have a silent runner at the moment and without the cage attachment the stand rattles like crazy, I am currently ordering the wooden trixie wheel as that is said to be silent and muffles the noise of their feet, the only thing is you WILL need Plastikote water based enamel or it stinks when they pee/poo on it. https://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small...rategyid=59523 You can order your bedding aswell off this site
Also the digging, drinking and eating (if you use hard hamster food like nuggets) makes a bit of noise.
