Is Minky a weird name?
My hamster is Mink colored and i just started calling him Minky when he was a baby. Now he's 9 months old and i either call him Minky, Chinky Minky or Tinkabell (Minkabell)

I think that Minky is a perfectly lovely and very cute name that is fitting for your little, Mink-colored ham. I also love all of her other nicknames as well. I don't think that you could go wrong with a name so long as you love it and your darling ham responds positively towards it.

Nowt wrong with that name, before I named Ghost, well Ghost I nearly called him Binky, which is the name of Death's horse in the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels..
