Question Doing a little research on hamsters, some help is appreciated!

Hi, I'm doing a short (5 page) report for my university Introduction to Behavioral Ecology class, and I've been observing my hamster's wake up times and the temperature of the day for the past two months now.

My hypothesis is that the temperature influences when hamsters wake up, however, the professor advised to look at other data to rule out whether or not this is a fluke on the part of my hammy.

Can I have the time your hamsters wake up and the temperature of the day? Thank you very much!

I'm not sure if anyone would have recorded the times & temperature when their hams wake up tbh but without any exact data I would say it's definitely one factor that influences the time they get up or at least the time they become most active, if it's cold in winter they tend to get up later & mine also become active later when it's hot, probably not the same as wake up time though as they will come out at the more usual time, have some veg then disappear again for some time, you have to take into account other things particularly daylight hours which also influence when they wake too.
