Boromir: The elusive hamchild (Decisions! Who to welcome home)
Hello HC!
One of your (ninja) mods here! I don't often post as I've been hammyless for a while but that is hopefully changing next week!
What I need is help deciding who! I won't be able to meet them in person as whoever I pick will be hammytrained to me.
They were born christmas day from a large rescue operation. Because of this I am aware they may not have the best genetics but thus far they seem healthy physically.
I just don't know who to pick! All a bit shy but can be handled, hopefully a bit of time will help. Don't have the best photos but I think 1 and 2 may be Dove or Mink? And 3 flesh eared white (maybe a roan, can't quite tell if there are feint colour patches)
Here was the pup picture

Hammy 1: Apparently loves his wheel. Can be a tad grumpy and squeal at you

Hammy 2: Bit shy but chilled. Can sometimes ping out of your hands

Hammy 3: Inquisitive but a bit wriggly

What an impossible choice! They all look adorable in their own way.
If it was me I think it would have to be the first one, I have a bit of a soft spot for grumpy screechy boys He's very handsome too but then they all are!
Which ever you choose look forward to hearing more about them.

What cute little ones! They all look so cuddly. Personally, I’d go with 2. My old boy Duncan was very skittish and shy, but would sleep in my hands. Number two also just has a sweet little face
Whichever ham you do choose, please share some photos! Congrats on preparing for your next new ham

Aww you naughty person - it's a tricky choice there!
I like the white one. White hamsters are tricky to home and seldom get chosen so he is likely more needy than the others. Whichever you choose will sure be landing on their paws!

I believe the white guy was the runt. I wish I could meet them all to help me decide!!

I would also say number one - a grumpy screechy boy sounds to have loads of personality. As they are all so different, maybe you should get all three!

Hahaha I just welcomed two more ratties to my mischief yesterday, I think one hammy will be MORE than enough!

Aww what a great problem to have.
I like the look of all of them! The third one seemed to have a certain sparkle though.
Good luck!

What a hard decision to make, they all look so lovely and sound so very different from each other. Whoever you choose will be lucky

So I've made a decision! Hopefully should be picking him up next week, eep!! (you'll have to wait and see who I picked!)
