Hehe it's hard to pick based on some not so clear photos and a few descriptions! I'm so nervous in case he doesn't warm to me. They all sound like they need a little work on them but they are nearly 4 months old so hopefully plenty of time to work through any trust or behaviour issues. EEEK!

I felt like that when we got Newt too. Worried he may not bond with me, as I'd been so bonded with Charlie. But they just do it at their own pace and get used to you but he is very bonded now and I adore him! Four months sounds good for taming and bonding If they've learned some habits I'm sure you can teach them different

Some of my sweetest most cuddly hamsters came to me needing work. I bet you've picked an amazing little one and I've no doubt he/she will bond with you when they realise how awesome you are

Being so young, you’ll have plenty of time to bond with your little guy! Congrats on making a decision- though I imagine it must have been tough. Looking forward to finding out who you chose! Don’t keep us waiting too long

re: Boromir: The elusive hamchild (Decisions! Who to welcome home)
Well....he isn't even here and has already made an impression!
My friend collected him this morning and sent me a cute picture. Then I got home at 10.30pm to a message...
"he's escaped. I can't find him"
After a few panic messages I finally got "I see him!" and she managed to catch him!
It appears the only way he could have got out was a rusted bar that was bent forward..I'm not sure the bar spacing but as there are no other clues that is what we have to go on, cheeky thing!
So she has put his cage in the bath tonight and is a bit of a flustered mess bless her! luckily she is a vet so has given him a look over and she said he's gone back to bed!
So with that panic over...tomorrow I'm travelling to meet her to collect him..hopefully! Just hope it isn't too hot and he isn't an escape artist here!
What a start!

Aah can't wait to see him. I love a good troublemaker sounds like he's got a personality! My bet is on the white runt because surely the runt would be the one to squeeze through the bars

re: Boromir: The elusive hamchild (Decisions! Who to welcome home)
Hehe... I went for.... Hammy 2! His name is Dove (she named the 10 after the 12 days of christmas. Hammy 1 is Turtle and Hammy 3 is Partridge) but I'll have to see what he's like..i'm thinking houdini! hehe I was originally drawn to him when I sent the rescue a message so thought it fair to stick with him. Just not looking forward to collecting him in the predicted heat tomorrow! Everything is all ready for him..good job she found him as she is going away until Monday! Here's hoping he stays put!
She sent me this..eep!
