Nugget seems very interested in the cage and checked everything out last night and has used his wheel and saucer a lot. Although he spent most of the morning sitting under his wheel and hasn't quite decided where to nest yet. I think he's a little bit affected by the change, understandably, but has gone to nest somewhere now (not sure where) and I'm sure he'll settle in the next few days. I put his old nest and some of his hoard in the same place under a shelf but he ignored them!

Those photos of Nugget are just top class adorable. He is so cute in the coconut house. Our Loki the robo loved a flying saucer too. As robos are smaller they can run without being at a strange angle. Do hope Nugget settles soon to his new cage. Sounds great for him.

Thanks Cypher. He seems to be settling in fine if hiding a bit. He's eaten his veg and been up on the shelf and kicked some sand about and seems to have dug a burrow under his wood wheel.

He took his time about trying out that saucer. You could see him thinking about it! Nugget is a nice size and the exercise will be good for him. Glad he is settling down.
