Default Not sure what to do..

Hello!

So.. I have a small dilemma. My hamster pees in the same corner that he built his nest. I haven't been able to clean his pee corner because he loves spending time in his nest. I'm not sure how to go about cleaning it out.. I don't want to stress him, but at the same time, I really want to take out some of that dirty bedding. What do I do?

Personally, I feel that you should just clean out the corner. If you keep it there he may get sick. He will build another nest when he realizes it's gone. Don't scare him when you're cleaning though! Warm Regards.

I think what you should do is remove all the peed on nesting material - try to save as much of it that hasn't been peed on as you can then place some of the peed on material into a corner you want him to pee in or into a sand/litter tray. Hopefully he gets the memo and pees in the more appropriate place

Will do! Thank you.. This is my first hamster, so I'm overly cautious lol.
