We always flew Swiss Air with all of our animals, and they were fantastic.
They even got a dog back out of the cargo hold for me once, when our flight was delayed! I was given a special escort through customs to bring him from air side back to land side without the correct paperwork!
It might not be much help to you though depending on your route.

I have flought with swiss before, they were quite good .
The only problem with this is that they only do connection flights to Greece which would b even more stress. Thanks for the info though
