Re: Meet Murmel :3
Hi and welcome to HC, Merle! Congrats on giving Murmel a wonderful, forever home with you. She is quite adorable and I love her coloring. Lol, Murmel mistaking her water bowl for her food bowl. That face must have been totally priceless and quite silly, too. I love her name and how you came about choosing it for her. I just watched Urmel aus dem Eis "Augsburger Puppenkiste" Komplett Teil 1 - 4 on YouTube since I never new that story before, and I'm quite fond of German stories. I found it quite entertaining even though I can't speak or understand the German; I just love all of the marionettes and have a few of them myself, lol. Did you actually watch it being performed in that theater? If so, it must have been a truly exceptional and unforgettable experience made all the more memorable now that you have your hammy named after one of the characters in the story.

Re: Meet Murmel :3
Sadly I'v never seen one of the shows in the actual theatre in Augsburg but I've always wanted to.
I grew up with all their recordings on TV and VHS though!
It's a shame that these shows don't air in German television anymore because people thought the puppets would scare small children which is nonsense, but still they stuck with the decision sadly.

That's a shame that they don't air in on German TV anymore. Luckily for you that you have all of the recordings on VHS so you can view them anytime you wish. Maybe you will be able to see it in theater one day, too. Fingers crossed.
