Ooh, I would love to see her video whenever you have a chance to upload them onto HC. Tiki is so much fun!

The tall house, hanging ladder & runged ladder aren't really all that suitable for her Julie, there's a lot of potential for accidents there so watch her very carefully & maybe think about using something else instead.

I know, but she climbs everything!
it was an attempt to see if something to climb would slow the waterbowl chewing down, but it is getting very clear that it is most likely for attention she does. I have noticed a certain pattern of when someone leaves the room or the room goes quiet for example she starts the chewing.
What other kinds of enrichment have you tried?
It could be attention seeking but it would be worth experimenting with safer alternatives that might give her more to do & stop her chewing the bowl.
Even simple things like lots of cardboard tubes or small boxes, hazel or apple sticks, whimzees or dog biscuits, something like a coconut hide, deeper substrate & even some hay to dig around in (you do need to remove sharp bits & freeze it if you do choose to try that though), scatter feeding (if you don't already) even burying food & treats in substrate or making cardboard parcels for her to tear apart with food in.
You may have tried some of those but a few suggestions anyway!

I would try giving her a load of cardboard tubes then, maybe an egg box, they love those, if you just cut a couple of holes in the ends & put some substrate in they enjoy digging around inside & hunting for things hidden in there & often like to chew them too.

There are fall risks with any climbing toy. As long as there is deep substrate to land on and hard objects, like bowls and other toys are further away. The risk of injury is reduced.
Hopefully by watching her use the climbing toy, you can see if you need to change anything to make it easier and safer for her to use.
You can't go wrong with cardboard tubes and boxes and should she fall, she's less likely to get hurt.

She looks like she is having a good time in the video. As others have mentioned, cardboard boxes and tubes will be a lovely addition to her setup. Please be careful of fall risks, too.
