I don't think you need to feed them daily, just a pinch of oats a few times a week will suffice. Cypher will now how many flax seeds you should offer weekly, so I'd wait for her thoughts on that

I would just give a little pinch of oats (a few flakes) about once a week & a pinch of flax seeds a couple of times a week.

Do you mean how much mix to give daily?
They generally only eat about a teaspoon a day & then hoard a bit, it might be hard to measure just a teaspoon with that combination so probably better to feed about a tablespoon every few days, wait until it's all gone (she may eat the seed mix first & be a bit less keen on the blocks but you need to wait until those are eaten too) before refilling the bowl, it she eats/hoards it all in less time than that then just refill the bowl when it's gone.

Oh Cypher and yes I was talking about every day mix. I just fed them today and they both started with the seed mix and them moved on to the pelets.
