Re: 31 Days of July
I've never read Harry Potter either, but I have heard the studios are amazing. I so love the purple double decker bus.

Re: 31 Days of July
I thought it was a real castle. Oh. Never mind. The Martyr to Hamsters wants to take us one day soon, which will be fun.
So is Ginny another Harry Potter ham like Weasley? If I had one it would be Severus for a dark ham or Albus for a white one.

Re: 31 Days of July
Unfortunately I didn't AprilPearl, it was really expensive and I didn't want to wait in the queue either! Although I guess when they're selling something that's only sold there they can get away with charging a lot for it. Ginny isn't mine but I'm pretty sure she is named after Ginny Weasley
As I'm running out of photos I've got some old ones from a trip to New Zealand a couple of years ago, although we also stopped in Dubai both ways. I've been to New Zealand 3 times because my parents lived there for a few years and it's a really beautiful country. I wouldn't have minded living there in the future but they aren't allowed hamsters
The first two pictures are from Dubai - the first one is of the Burj Khalifa which is currently the tallest building in the world. Unfortunately we couldn't go up it as we were there on New Year's Eve and they were setting up the fireworks but we got very close! The second photo is of the Burj Al Arab, which is an extremely fancy hotel on a man-made island.
The final photo is of the view from the sky tower, which is the tallest building in New Zealand and has amazing views.

Re: 31 Days of July
All such gorgeous photos, I especially like the tower. I've always wanted to see New Zealand, more for the nature and biological Heaven it is rather than its tourist attractions

Re: 31 Days of July
These are so beautiful, especially against the blue sky.

Re: 31 Days of July
Today I'll introduce my neighbour's dog Max who we occasionally walk for her. He's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is a few years old. Max is very playful and will run for ages, he'll sometimes play fetch but he'll only give the ball back if he feels like it! We once brought along our drone when we were walking him which was hilarious as he thought it was something to chase Max is gorgeous and I love getting to walk him as he's such a fun dog that is always up for a game

Re: 31 Days of July
What a cute little guy! Look at those little bug eyes I used to want a CKCS, but I never really got around to getting one I suppose. He sounds like a sweetheart though

Re: 31 Days of July
Your July thread is quite lovely, Amber. I love all of the pics of your hammies (current and past), your guinea pigs, your volunteer work with many of the rescue animals, your horse riding, your travels and school trips, and your neighbor's dog. What an interesting thread. I look forward to reading your next posts. Thanks for sharing.
