What a shame if they weren't so cruel they'd be really cute

Wow that first one looks like bullet-proof hamster.

Not recommended though.

There is no way I would put these items near my hamster. They could so easily hurt or strangle. Poor Ellie having to model all those things.

does no one stop to think how long it would take for a hammy to chew through the lead? one chomp and it's through and then the hammy dissapears off!

I must admit I did used to (LONG time ago) put bows in my long haired hamster's hair (I was young is my only defense) I remember my friends and I dressing our hamsters, rabbits etc. up in little outfits we made for them too. My West Highland Terrier Snowflake (Snowie), who has now gone to the Bridge, also suffered this "indignation" I bought her a little sheepskin jacket and a Barbour coat - I need help I know

I just thought they were novelty items more than something people would actually put on their hamsters for longer than the time it takes to take a photo.

But I suppose you have to look at it from the point of someone who doesn't know about hamsters.

My minature poodle who has long passed over the bridge used to be dressed in my dolls clothes and taken for a walk in a pram. I am cringing now, but I was early primary school age.

I also had a lop eared rabbit called fresia who I used to regularly take walks on a harness and she had a wooly jumper and a small waxed coat for when the weather was bad. That I have no excuse for, I think I was about 2o at that time

Sadly I too have to admit to walking my rabbit Snowy on a harness and dressing him up in Tiny Tears clothes and wheeling him round in my dolls pram. He never seemed to mind. Went to sleep sometimes and he did so suit pink!!!! Sorry Snowy!
