Re: Today is the day...
Aww what a little beauty barley, love his name Bambi and he looks well and truly settled in. Urgh! Another child getting bored really peeves me off.
He's found his forever home with you.

Re: Today is the day...
What a lovely little guy you have there Bambi is a perfect name for him too. Glad you have given him a home. Il second you there thin lizzy about children getting bored it does annoy me that hamsters get labeled as being children's pets and then you "outgrow" them.

Re: Today is the day...
He's so tiny! Sorry to hear he's become skittish again Perhaps more confidence taming would help? Chance was very skittish when he came to me, and feeding treats as well as rewarding him for sitting on my hand and crawling on me in the bathtub helped boost his confidence a lot!

Re: Today is the day...
He really is so sweet! I'm sure he'll come round soon enough, taming often does seem to take a step back but he probably just needs a little more time.
