She sends them to couples who have been married 60 years too. My grandparents got one a couple of years ago and it was quite special for them the day it arrived.

I got him out for a little bit late tonight and he sat for a cuddle and his ears stroked, which he hasn't done for ages. But then wasn't impressed when I decided to bathe his eye as it had gone sticky again. So he looks a bit bedraggled on a couple of the photos where his fur got damp, even after being patted dry, but it soon dried off. He then had a good run around, explored the kitchen table and nibbled a leftover piece of potato on a plate.

He got a couple of extra treats with his food - two tiny friends sticks, a piece of banana and some green oats - as well as his piece of cucumber, a pecan nut, his hamster mix, his baby food and some soaked science selective

Charlie says thank you for all the good wishes. He seemed much happier once his sticky eye was washed and gave it another good clean up himself.
