Casper is absolutely beautiful! I love that first photo of him. I haven't seen a cat like that before. And Pixie and Tinkerbell both posting beautifully!

3 December 2016-

Hello everyone!
Today's post is going to be about Pixie.

Pixie is roughly 18 months old now, I got her in June 2015. Firstly named "Zak" before someone on here told me she was 100% female! She's been so good! Firstly stuck in one of those piddly little Pets at Home cages and then in a multi story cage which she just wasn't getting on with. Then in an Ikea SAMLA bin cage, which she seemed to get on with, and which was escape proof for sure, now in a modded Ikea Billy shelf cage, which has since been her "forever cage". (Tinkerbell has one too!)

She's my little trooper because being my first hamster I got so, so much wrong, but she's always loved me nonetheless, I couldn't have asked for a better first Hamster. I love her so much!

Below is one of the first pictures I got of her, when I first got her a wheel and gave her her first Nibblot treat, of COURSE it just had to end up in the wheel with her for a spin (a habit she still likes to this day, mostly to wake me up at silly o clock for fuss!), she looks so adorable, I just love this picture!

Tomorrow's post will be all about Tinkerbell!

Hello everyone!
Today's post is going to be about Tinkerbell.

I got Tinkerbell on 13th December 2015. My step mother got her for me because (and I quote) "Pixie didn't seem all that friendly, so I wanted to get you another one" (I don't care if Pixie's friendly or not, she's still my baby and I love her so so much!)

I wanted another hamster as soon as I got Pixie, but I could never persuade my friend to come pick one with me, so I didn't argue when my step mother said that, so the very next day, I went and chose Tinkerbell (well, she chose me), she was alone in her own little cage in P@H and she was the quietest hamster the woman went towards, so I was like "I must have her, I don't want her in here all alone!"

So, another Samla bin tub came out of my cupboard and I got Tinkerbell all set up. She had THE whitest fur I think I've ever seen on a hamster, her back has gone grey now and her belly is all white, she's so docile and friendly, everyone that sees her falls in love with her, every time I see my girls I fall in love with them even more, I can't believe I got so lucky with Tinkerbell, she's so lovely (if not a bit over weight, but we're working on that one, she's losing it slowly!)

Below is the first ever picture I took of Tinkerbell, enjoy!

5 December 2016-

Hello everyone!
Today's post is going to be about my cat who was PTS a couple years ago, he's called Rebble (Rebble by name, Rebble by nature, for sure. (will only do one post about him though).
I was going through the pictures in my phone yesterday and spotted the folder all of Rebble, so I figured it was only fitting to introduce him.

My mum got him when he was only 4 weeks old, the pet shop was selling loads of under age kittens, (my mum got them shut down shortly after, thankfully!)
She spent weeks on end feeding him every 2 hours from a bottle, she was told not to expect him to make it, but he made it, he made it to 21 years old.

He was a bit of a fat cat (being young children, me, my older sister and younger brother thought he wanted food whenever he would fuss at us, never ever meowed in the entirety of his life. He moved well too, he was in London for the majority of his life, went to Derbyshire with Mum for roughly a year, then went back to London and spent the last 6 months of his life with Mum in Derbyshire again.

He was an awesome kitty, very "I'll do what I want, when I want to, but ONLY on my terms" kind of cat. He was never a lap cat, but he certainly made up for that whenever any of us were sad. He had teeth like needles, and his "play" was grabbing our wrists with his paws of steel (literally, once he had you there was no letting go with an arm in tact), would rip into our wrists and kick our arms with the bottom paws. After a while and an arm full of scratches later, he'd just bounce off and go and lie down and ignore you. He was funny like that. He NEVER lay down other then the typical "paws in, tail wrapped" pose, until one night when he looked like a cat roll, there is a picture below.

I've never met such a "proud" cat, he certainly held himself in high regard. He was amazing all round.

But a lovely cat nonetheless, I miss him lots.

Rebble was a very handsome cat & quite a character too Gemma, love the photos of him, I'm sure you must miss him but he's left you with some wonderful memories.
