age question?

I have a beautiful Syrian(Fergi)and an adorable robo(Xena) and I'm just curious, when do these type of hamsters begin to show and exhibit signs of aging? I bought my Syrian from petsmart and they said she had been with them for a long time. She is missing one of her front teeth and is starting to get white fur along her beautiful silver fur. So is there any way to find out her age along with my robo? I received my baby girl Xena from a friend who couldn't take care of her any more and she had her for about 6 months but also got her when she was already full grown. Can someone help, or is it not possible to determine an accurate age without scientific testing?

There is no way to know for sure
I wish there was a machine that could determine there age

O me too! I absolutely adore my girls! Fergi was my first ever hamster and I've never had a connection with another animal like I do my baby girl! Xena is very healthy and fit where as Fergi is starting to sleep all day even in her hamster ball, and eat ALL the time.

I would estimate that Xena is at least a year old, maybe a bit older, maybe a bit younger. I think most hams are fully grown at 6 months old. All hamsters show age at different ages, but it is most commonly between 1 year and 2 and a half years, depending on health and genetics.

I would estimate Fergi to be around a year and a half to two years, depending on how long you've had her.

Oh! Then I would estimate that she is 1-1 and a half years old. She may age quicker if her genetics aren't as good.
