Default Cedar bedding?

So my robo I received from a friend had been living in cedar bedding and I'm worried. I gave her temporary paper and tissue bedding but was wondering if the few months they had her on cedar bedding could've hurt her internally. So far she's acting fine.

As long as she is healthy it's fine.A vet trip would be a good idea though, just to be certain as prey animals such as hamsters do tend to hide symptoms until the last possible moment.

If she seems fine I wouldn't worry or stress her with a trip to the vet unless she begins to show signs of being unwell.

I would avoid using wood based bedding, as there is always a danger of mites. Quite a few of my dwarfs have suffered from this very common ailment. Easy to treat, but much better to avoid. You can buy it quite cheaply on line.
