Re: Safe Sand Please?
You can order the Supreme sand off Amazon. However,it isn't readily available other than that(unless you can find it from somewhere like Viovet)and you get much less sand for a terrible value in comparison There are no other options in the US in terms of what is readily available.Petco and Petsmart only sell dust which obviously is bad for respiratory health so it can't be used, and while some people think reptile sand is fine it really should never be used as most reptile sand contains calcium and again is far too dusty.Reptile sand is also known to cause impaction in reptiles, and with hamsters the same would apply so it should never under any circumstances be used.

Re: Safe Sand Please?
Hopefully they carry the Supreme sand there then!If not there are still tons of very nice supplies there anyways to add to an order Definitely take advantage of each delivery, just to make it an even better value.

Re: Safe Sand Please?
Those pearls(clay based hamster litter)are not safe If ingested they can't be digested properly and will cause problems. They also tend to contain chemicals and such which should not be in the hamster's enclosure,so get rid of them as soon as possible.
