Hmmm some Halibut would be nice! Unfortunately most of my freezer is still filled with far too much Mackerel at the moment (not my favorite either, a little oily). I have to admit I do love fish and I can also be a bit picky, not a huge fan of the pre-packaged shop bought frozen stuff. No matter how nice though you do sometimes get a bit tired of it. Hubby does also bring home fish like Cod and Pollack depending on the time of year though so not all bad

Maybe you can tell me what Pollack is then! I keep seeing it in the supermarket and fish shops and no idea what it is!
