Re: Hamster Christmas
Might be able to fit in my suitcase ! Yes I really hope I can get some good stuff.
Amity you are right, there is some good natural stuff, but having a natural cage gets boring - I wanna do some proper cage themes like Hopping Hammy!

Re: Hamster Christmas
So I've decided to make Sweep an Advent Calendar for Christmas. But I need some ideas of treats to go in it?!

Re: Hamster Christmas
That dreaded C word is less than 13 weeks away!
I've been putting money away for Harvey.
I'd love to get him an escape proof carrier lol! I always go over the top and wrap each pressies up. Last Christmas Twinkle got so excited she wee'd on my hand.

He's not the biggest fan of seeds, and I can't give them everyday! Need to think of sometihng other than walnuts, because no matter what he says he will NOT be getting a walnut every day!

Re: Hamster Christmas
Maybe a variety of treats?A walnut could be one for a day or even a few days but then different days have different treats!

Re: Hamster Christmas
Yoghurt drops? Seed sticks? Dried fruits/veggies? Fresh veggies? Scrambled egg? Porridge? Baby food? Cake?
I think fresh treats would go down better and so when you open the calendar it just says what Sweep can have that day

Re: Hamster Christmas
I like that idea, but we rarely have fresh food in ... Most of the veg we have is frozen veg, and because I only eat certain veg it's always the same lol (I'm not fussy, honest!)
