Meet Fig

so today whilst in Pets At Home we came across a little dwarf hammy called fig and her story is that her past owners that had never had ANY PETS BEFORE!!! decided to impulse buy her. They didnt give the little one time to settle because now she screeches and is VERY nervous and whilst she may never want to be handled id thought id give her the best life I can by giving her a forever home.

could someone post some pictures of winter whites out of winter please so I can see if she is a winter white???

She'll be a Russian hybrid, a cross between WW & Russian Campbells if she is a Russian ham, I've just been assuming you meant a Russian in your other posts sorry if I'm wrong, they do also sell robos but Russian hybrids & Robos are the only dwarf hams they have.

she is a Russian hamster she's not like ones I've had in the past bless her!!

awe ive only had 1 her name was anna and she was lovely <3 she would follow my finger and everything she was great xx

That's nice of you to give her unconditional love knowing she may never lose her fear. Hopefully she will make a nice pet in the near future,

I also have a hamster that I took in giving her a home regardless of her behavior. Gives you a good feeling even when she nips at me still. Hope your new addition will make a complete turn around but if not its still giving a hamster a happy home

I'm sure with some love and patience she'll stop being so scared eventually

As I've said on here before, I used to think my wee dwarf would never tame because of how he'd been traumatised by another hamster. But I persevered and he came around!

aww I really hope so because shes a beautiful little thing and it will be nice to have another dwarf hammy in the house again!! xx
