Default New cage OR new toys?

So I've been talking to my mum for a few days and we can't decide what we should do for Miranda. As some of you might know (I talked to a few people about it.) She's recently been bar chewing and climbing a lot the last couple of weeks.
We don't know if the problem is because she's bored and wants new toys or because the cage is too small, before anyone asks she's currently in an Alaska cage. Should we buy her a new cage or just some new toys? We've decided that if we're going to get her a new cage it will be a Zoozone 2, we were stuck between this and an Ikea Detolf but we decided that the Zoozone 2 would fit better in my room.
Also, can you please recommend some or your favorite toys for syrians or favorite places to buy from, Thank you.

(Picture is of her current setup so you have a better idea on what I'm talking about.)

Viovet has a really good selection of toys at a reasonable price and they do free shipping if you spend more than £29.

In all honesty the only toy they really like is the wheel. Your best bet is to make challenges for her like half cracked walnuts to gnaw at, tube puzzle balls with treats inside to chew open - give her whole sheets of loo roll and kitchen roll to work on ripping up. Cardboard boxes to trash - cut windows and doors in them so she can run in and out and climb on them. Get pipe offcuts from a plumber. You don't need to spend much to give them fun

Scatter feeding and hiding food can keep them busy rather than feeding at a food bowl.

A deep digging area is often liked. A shelf/shelves give somewhere to climb onto or hide under. Serendipity had a roof run for Charlie, hitch looked good.

A variety of chews are good as different hamsters like to chew different materials.
