What is her main mix?
You can give the chicken treats a couple of times a week, she old enough now not to need too much extra protein & most of the other foods like eggs, nuts & seeds will be providing extra protein too.
Ideally you want her to eat more of a good balanced diet rather than giving too many extra treat type foods.
Porridge is good, try her with some dry oats too & see if she enjoys them, oats are quite a good food for building them up.
Flax seeds are another good all round food, loads of nutrients of all kinds in those.

She does use her wheel excessively and she doesn't take food outside the cage, she's always on the go and she doesn't eat much

Re: Peanut!
If she uses her wheel excessively, is there a way of monitoring this? Maybe taking it out the cage for a couple of hours in the evening and giving it back when you go to bed? Is she still on the Harry Hamster?
Sweep says walnuts are YUMMY and contain fat!

Yeah she is and she uses it more than any other toy other than that she monkey bars and she's so picky with food, only picks out what she wants

Re: Peanut!
That could be why she's not putting on weight if she's selcetive feeding. Could you add some pellet food (like maybe Science Selective or something) to her food? If she eats some of them then you know she is getting all the nutrients as they are a complete food. Just add a couple to her current food. When Sweep first had them I gave him one as a treat to see if he'd even eat it, which he did, and added them to his mix That way I know if he decides to be picky with the rest of his food I know he's getting all his nutrients from them. Also, one thing you could try is not refilling Peanut's bowl until it is completely empty - that way she learns she has to eat everything in it before she gets anymore, including her favorite bits!
Also, this video is a good one that explains some ways to try and prevent fussy eating : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RoT3s83acs

Re: Peanut!
If you want Peanut to gain some weight, some baby food and extra seeds will help.
