118g isn't too bad,but a little weight gain wouldn't hurt. You could try extra healthy fats and protein to try and increase her weight, for example extra seeds and nuts.

Would pumpkin seeds do?

I do give her boiled egg quite often too I'm surprised that hasn't really done the trick

Pumpkin seeds would help as well!Boiled egg gives protein, but nuts and seeds give protein and fat.Giving a combination of nuts, seeds, egg, chicken, etc would most likely help more than egg alone

Okay she has chicken treats the thrive ones and the rice and chicken ones from zooplus, she has peanuts in her food mix as well as pumpkin and sunflower seeds but I will make sure to add some more pumpkin seeds. How often should I feed her chicken treats?

I give Woodstock (white fluffy syrian, now bald due to cushings) a milk bottle lid of porridge oats soaked in water every day. He loves it. May be good for her weight.

He also has a daily evening primrose capsule.

Haven't got any primrose capsules, I have noticed she's not a very big eater but I'm surprised she's this small considering she's a breeder ham

That is quite a low weight especially for a breeder ham, they do vary a lot but if she feels skinny & a little bit bony then I would think she could do with building up a bit!
What is her main mix?
You can give the chicken treats a couple of times a week, she old enough now not to need too much extra protein & most of the other foods like eggs, nuts & seeds will be providing extra protein too.
Ideally you want her to eat more of a good balanced diet rather than giving too many extra treat type foods.
Porridge is good, try her with some dry oats too & see if she enjoys them, oats are quite a good food for building them up.
Flax seeds are another good all round food, loads of nutrients of all kinds in those.
