Nice cage setup. Are those woven things called shredders. I had some years ago for my parrot and thought hamsters may like them but wasn't sure of what they were called.

The set up does look nice Zak, some fun things in there!
I'd fill the base with substrate if you can & maybe make a mountain of shredded tissue somewhere!

I plan to slowly change his cage layout over the next few months. I have ran out of substrate but I have given him a few big handfuls of hay, half a bag of paper flakes and some tissue for the time being.
