Now I'm not sure!
When I first got Sweep I had been told he was a boy. I had also thought he was as I thought I'd seen boy parts, but now I not sure. I am not convinced Sweep is a boy. I know they can make their testicles go inside them, but I really am unsure. Due to Sweep having an adventure today (and almost giving me a heart attack in the process!) I am leaving him to sleep so can't get a photo now. Hopefully I will later, or definitely tomorrow!

Did you notice a smell on Sweep on the fourth day?

If Sweep is going mental all of the time the 'he' could well be a girl. Can't you tell by where the scent glands are located?

Re: Now I'm not sure!
If you can get 2 photos (1 from above and 1 from underneath to show the tummy) it may help determine if he is a boy or a girl.
The underneath photo could be taken with Sweep in a clear container like a tall glass or glass vase.

No, but then absolutely none of the girls I've ever had have smelled!

He has two small black spots on his sides - are these the scent glands?

Re: Now I'm not sure!
I think on females they are on their hips, not sure on male's if in honest pinkneon. They usually looks greasy or wet.

Re: Now I'm not sure!
If it is a syrian, females and males both have scent glands on their hips. While males testicles do retract they are still noticeable on a adult especially, they don't go in all the way. If you can snap a pic even from the top we should be able to help.
