Late night with my sweeties
Last night i was up til after midnight (thats late for me). Gopal and Arun were on my bed in their tming boxes. It was bliss.
I read my book, gazing at them every now and again.
I leaned over to the sunflower seed stash and knocked it all over the floor. Oops. It took a while to carefully get out of bed without disturbing the hamsters and collect them all!
Arun is looking very healthy and fluffy. I tried to get pics but he was a blur in all of them. The camera takes a few seconds to click once pressed, very annoying.
It was a lovely way to spend time. Hope they thought so too!

Re: Late night with my sweeties
Sounds a lovely evening, Flowerfairy apart from knocking the seeds over. They get everywhere, don't they?

Re: Late night with my sweeties
They sure do velma.
I had another evening of bliss last night. Arun has grown soooo much and is friendly and lively. Gopal played on his wheel and washed (aww). Arun whizzed around and rolled in his sand bowl. Will put pics up later.

Re: Late night with my sweeties
Glad you were able to spend some time with them after a long time of not seeing them cause of time change, you were saying...
It happens to me when I bring home these tiny baby hamsters & by the time they are done hiding all the sudden they are bigger. So I miss their days of tininess

Re: Late night with my sweeties
I know what you mean about missing days of their tininess. Arun looks the picture of health and it was great that he was just as happy to take sunflower seeds and allow the odd strokie as before the clocks changed (when I last saw him).

Re: Late night with my sweeties
These are the best moments, when you can't stop gazing at them and you feel so proud.

Re: Late night with my sweeties
Has Arun adjusted to the time change? If that's possible ?
Do you see him more often lately?

Re: Late night with my sweeties
Arun has adjusted. He came out into his taming box and had a really good explore. He adores his sand bowl. Hoing to get him a corner tray in his new cage.
He is gleaming with health. Must out up some pics.

How true. The fluffy cuteness is almost too much to believe. They are so gentle and inteligent as well. *sigh*.
