Default Kaytee water bottle

Hello. So I just purchased a kaytee glass water bottle that has a little duck inside it. My old water bottle leaked a lot. Now this one water won't even come out of! Has anyone owned this bottle before? Any tips to make water come out?

I think if you fill it to the very top the bottle will work?

Very little comes out. How much do dwarf hamsters actually drink?

I would take it back as defective if it's not working properly. I returned a Kaytee glass bottle & they said I should have filled it to the top. But since I was already at the store I just returned it & used a plastic one.

I would get a better flowing water bottle asap if it were me
