Thumbs up Any toy recommendations?

Are there any toys that you recommend for a smallish roborovski? I am looking for ones that file down his nails/teeth. Also, on another note, are there any silent wheels for small hamsters that are fairly cheap? Henri couldn't even move the small silent spinner and now he is kind of adament of using any other wheel but his own. I live in the US but I can order off of Amazon UK as well

My little robo Hector likes whimzees to chew in so I'd definitely recommend that. I also have a little reptile tank resin dish under his water bowl for his nails, I sometimes put a little rock hideout for him to climb on too. I know some people do the same thing with a couple of stones from the garden - but sterilise them first. Loo roll tubes are also good for chewing & running through. And being peed in too actually...
Not much help with the wheels I'm afraid. I'm lucky as I have a old style silent spinner so don't have the problem of them not turning. I have a second one from a diff pet company over here but wouldn't be on Amazon. And I also have a medium flying saucer but, while it's fairly quiet in itself, it does bounce around a bit & make noise when faced with a furiously running robo.

i do recommend getting wooden bendy bridges they can be used for multiple things such as tunnels, hidey homes, things to climb, and of course bridges plus they make great chew toys my little hammy loves to just sit in them along with chew on them.

I have a lovely little wooden house for Fairy;

Cabins & Houses: great selection at zooplus: Two Storey Cabin for Small Pets

Flower has a smooth wooden house that is now completely buried under fitch;

Pine Lodge Wooden House for Hamsters Mice Gerbils & Other Small Rodents | eBay

They each have a wooden bendy bridge and a wooden tunnel with holes in (oh the cuteness when they pop up out of one of the holes)!

Other than that its sand pits (ceramic bowls) of chinchilla sand and wood karlie wheels from zooplus.

I'd get an 8" wodent wheel if you're in the US. She'll be fine with that and I'm sure she'll love it (I've seen a video of a robo running in a 12" wodent!) Best toys as the others say, are simple ones - hidey places, cardboard tubes. Something like this log with holes in might be good too. It's the right size for a robo apparently.

Amazon.com : NiteangeLĀ® Natural Wooden Hamster Mouse Tunnel Tube Toy Forest Hollow Tree Trunk : Pet Supplies

These are popular hidey places as well I seem to remember

Amazon.com : Alfie Pet Small Animal Hideout - Strawberry Hut (Living Habitat for Dwarf Hamster and Mouse) : Pet Dresses : Pet Supplies

A mug on its side would do but if you don't mind buying something a ceramic strawberry could be fun!

So will you when he plays in it! I scatter feed into the holes to encourage them in.

Hope Henri enjoys it.

I have a hybrid dwarf who is on the smaller side. He loves his Whimzee chews and I always catch him chewing on them when he is up. Ollie also has a few ceramic tiles in his cage all around to keep him cool and to file his nails down. He also has a few stone looking decor from the reptile section that he likes to run over and under. Good luck in you search for a wheel!
