The 30 days of November - Souffle's turn again!

The last time I did this was in February 2013 so over 2 years ago. My last month ended with the arrival of the beautiful Boblet from Vectis hamstery.
The 28 days of February - Souffle's turn!
So what has happened since then? I guess I have posted most of the memorable things and the memorials and the news and pictures but will gradually update through the thread.
I wasn't expecting to do this month but I decided to do it due to having a very special little litter here. The Custard Orlillies are 2 weeks old today and their eyes are just starting to open so this month I will be doing daily updates on the pups as they grow, are tamed and they prepare for their new home.
It is just gone Halloween so I'll start with out current furry family.

It won't be long till I can post pics of the Orlillies. About ha;f of them have their eyes open and are peering out looking at the world through little slitty eyes They are eating us out of house and home and as soon as they hear the cage door rattle they stampede out the nest to eat their food which consists of lots of seed mix plus platters of veggies, tofu, egg, porridge, chicken and all sorts of things. They enjoyed their Halloween pumpkin too! For now I'll post a few more of the Halloween pics of everyone. Sorry this isn't the best write up but am a little distracted at the moment by the numerous jobs needing done and my distraction with pup watching!

Well today all the pups have there eyes open, if a bit squinty, and at long last we can introduce you to what has turned out to be a HUGE surprise. It would appear that Billie is a 'secret' tort!! All the pups are healthy and beautiful however we have 3 torts. I'll let you have a look

There seems to be 4 girls - a beautiful Golden Tort - Creamface McPatch who will be staying as Pophammy has already claimed her! 2 Cinnamon Torts, and a lovely chubby Black eyed cream.
The 5 boys are a Golden, 2 Cinnamons and 2 Red eyed creams we think though we wait the appearance of any yellow in the males. The cinnie males will not have it or else they would be Honeys. The Golden does not either (or he would be a yellow)

They have all been weighed and are nice and even litter at between 33 & 38g.
