German Zooplus?
Hi there HC, I've just tried placing an order on the German Zooplus site and the only payment method available is bank transfer. Is the German account the same as the UK one? Because I have their UK bank acc number and sort code but not the German one, and it's not clear on their site what it is. I don't know whether to pay them there or not. I've just never done bank transfers before is all. Thanks!

Re: German Zooplus?
I wouldn't send any money/transfer it unless you have the exact details of where it's going. I would have thiught the German account would be different to the UK one. If in doubt email them first. Do they sell something the Uk site didn't have?

Re: German Zooplus?
Hi.....I've ordered from zooplus but on this site... Pet Supplies at zooplus Online Pet Shop, Pet Food & Pet Accessories.
Might be worth checking you are on the uk version of the site. Didn't need to do a bank transfer!
Hope this helps

Re: German Zooplus?
I have ordered from the German Zooplus, two cages as it worked out much cheaper from the UK version! I paid via transfer through my bank and had a small charge.

Re: German Zooplus?
Well I have read about it somewhere on these forums that you could get the same things on the German site cheaper than the UK one and it turned out to be true! I'm going to be saving about £15 for the same stuff and that's including the delivery cost.

Re: German Zooplus?
Check if your bank will charge you a conversion fee and a fee for the International transfer, when you factor that in you might not be saving as much as you think and you may aswell order from the UK site!

Re: German Zooplus?
I had this problem once as well. I couldn't work out how to do it lol - and gave up. German Amazon is easy to order from though and can sometimes work out cheaper. The price is converted into pounds for you on the Amazon page - not sure if it's charged in pounds or euros but usual payment by bank card or credit card and shipping isn't too expensive either.
